WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking an Analyst, Finance Operations Performance Reporting with a proven history of getting things done in sophisticated operating environments and the ability to efficiently standardize processes in service of Nike Inc’s Digital Transformation. You are by nature a self-starter, balanced by being a great teammate who can take a collaborative approach.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will be responsible for analyzing Managed Service Provider (MSP) performance across the end-to-end process areas (R2R, O2C, P2P) and develop regular reporting on MSP service level agreements (SLAs) and other operational metrics. Your key accountabilities include:

  • Develops MSP performance reports based on operational metrics and reporting criteria established by leadership, including SLAs.

  • Conducts root cause analysis to identify contributing factors of MSP performance issues and escalates to leadership accordingly.

  • Recommendations to Manager, Performance & Governance on opportunities to improve MSP performance reporting processes.

  • Provides regular reviews of MSP performance reporting processes to ensure they remain in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Analyzes MSP performance trends over time using business intelligence tools and communicates insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Seeks opportunities to automate MSP performance reporting processes, so that reports are generated timely and efficiently.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will partner with Nike Inc.’s Managed Service Provider (MSP), our Director of Global Process Delivery, Senior Directors across our Global Process Owners (R2R, O2C, P2P), the Finance Business Leadership Team, as well as leaders across Procurement, Legal, HR, Technology, FP&A, Finance Transformation Management Office, and our EY partners for Tax and Financial Governance & Controls

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

  • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and/or reporting

  • Certified Public Accountant preferred
